Greeters - Should
arrive 20 minutes before Mass to distribute Missalettes and greet parishioners
Lectors - Should
arrive 10 minutes before Mass and review their readings
Eucharistic Ministers -
Should arrive before Mass and be prepared to distribute Communion
Servers - Should
arrive 15 minutes before Mass to robe and prepare for Mass
Gift Bearers -
Should go to the back of the church at the time of the collection
Refreshments -
Should arrive 15 minutes before Mass with refreshments and prepare the trays.
Juice or Kool-aid should also be prepared. Refreshment people shall not
leave their seats to go to the kitchen until the priest starts out the aisle
during the closing hymn.
Ushers - Should take up the
collection(s) and direct the rows at Communion
